Every guest completes the required online registration.

Verify and pay
Identity verification and payment must be completed before access is issued.

Receive your PIN
After the required steps, you receive the personal entry instructions and PIN.

Self check-in does not mean unrestricted 24-hour arrival. A later arrival must always be agreed in advance.

- Unregistered visitors may enter only with prior consent.
- Respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Two free parking spaces require prior reservation.
