Why data is processed
Data is processed to handle enquiries and bookings, provide accommodation and self check-in, verify guest identity where required, process payments, protect the property and guests, and comply with legal obligations.
Booking and service providers
The official booking process uses Previo. Data entered in the booking system is handled under the information and terms shown there. Necessary hosting, communication and payment providers may process data only to deliver their services.
Analytics, cookies and maps
Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you accept optional cookies. The interactive Google map is also blocked until you accept optional cookies or choose to load the map directly. The external navigation link remains available without embedding the map.
Retention
Data is retained only for the period needed for the relevant purpose and for any period required by accounting, tax, accommodation or other applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request portability where relevant, withdraw consent for future processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Security and questions
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect personal data. Do not send identity documents by ordinary email unless the hostel specifically instructs you through a secure process.
